Purpose
The API and Exports provide programmatic access to certain Outputs for internal analytical workflows and research.
API access does not permit redistribution or public broadcasting of Outputs.
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- –Use API credentials securely and keep them confidential
- –Respect published rate limits and usage guidelines
- –Use API data for internal research and analysis only
Prohibited Uses
- –Redistribution or resale of API data or derived rankings
- –Operating a public signal service, newsletter, or feed driven by API Outputs
- –Automated execution that places orders based solely on API Outputs without independent human review
- –Circumventing access controls, rate limits, or security measures
- –Using the API to build or enhance competing products using our Outputs
Rate Limits; Monitoring; Enforcement
We may impose rate limits, quotas, or throttling to protect the Service and other users.
We may monitor API usage for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
We may suspend or revoke API access for suspected misuse, excessive load, or violation of the Terms.
Changes
We may modify or discontinue API endpoints, formats, or availability at any time.
