Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Voleron, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the Service

Voleron is a quantitative analytics platform that generates model-ranked options strategy structures, exposure estimates, and scenario simulations derived from implied volatility data. The platform is intended solely for research, analysis, and educational use.

3. No Investment Advice

Voleron does not provide investment advice, trading advice, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. The platform does not consider your financial circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance.

4. No Solicitation

Nothing on the platform constitutes a solicitation, offer, or endorsement of any transaction in securities or derivatives.

5. No Fiduciary Relationship

Use of the platform does not create a fiduciary, advisory, broker-client, or agency relationship.

6. Suitability

The platform is designed for experienced users familiar with derivatives markets. It may not be suitable for all investors. You are responsible for determining whether any strategy, analysis, or output is appropriate for your financial circumstances and risk tolerance.

7. Model Output Disclaimer

• –Rankings, scores, exposure metrics, and simulations are generated algorithmically and may not reflect real-time market conditions, liquidity, or execution realities. These outputs are research tools and must not be interpreted as trading instructions.
• –Vol regime shift / term-structure steepening
• –Correlation breakdown between instruments
• –Gap risk into front expiry window

8. User Responsibility

All execution decisions, position sizing, and risk management remain solely your responsibility. You may consult licensed financial professionals where appropriate.

9. Hypothetical Performance

Scenario outputs and hypothetical results are illustrative and may differ materially from live trading outcomes due to slippage, spreads, liquidity, and volatility changes.

10. Market Data Accuracy

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. No guarantees are made regarding accuracy or timeliness.

11. Permitted Use

The platform is provided for internal analytical use only.

12. Prohibited Use

• –Redistributing rankings or model outputs
• –Operating a signal service using platform outputs
• –Automated trading derived directly from platform outputs
• –Scraping or harvesting platform data
• –Sharing account credentials

13. API and Export Restrictions

API access and CSV/JSON exports are licensed for internal research use only. Redistribution, resale, or signal generation is prohibited. Additional terms may apply as described in the API Policy.

14. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

15. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent use may result in temporary suspension of account access while the matter is investigated. Transaction evidence may be shared with payment processors and financial institutions to resolve disputes. Repeated or abusive disputes may result in account termination.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voleron LLC shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, or financial damages arising from platform use. Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voleron LLC from claims arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

18. Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Contra Costa County, California.

19. Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be brought individually and not as part of a class action.

20. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

21. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
